CIRCULATION SPECIALIST
Liguori Publications has a full-time opportunity in its St. Louis-area office for a Circulation Specialist. The candidate selected will join our fast-paced, mission focused team to be responsible for the promotion and distribution of print and digital subscription products, ensuring efficient delivery and maintaining relationships with distributors and subscribers. The Circulation Specialist will work with cross-functional groups, help manage customer data, and help the company achieve its subscription revenue and readership goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of magazines, newsletters and other publications to subscribers and distributors.
- Develop and implement promotional, pricing, and distribution, strategies to retain subscribers, increase readership, and monitor circulation data to improve performance.
- Develop policies and practices to address customer concerns and resolve issues related to subscription orders, renewals, delivery, and billing. Assist in the training of customer service staff to manage these issues.
- Manage label runs and other subscriber delivery processes.
- Manage monthly renewal, billing, and subscription expiration processes.
- Manage Catholic Reading Parish Preaching program.
- Assist in the management of budgeting, reporting, and forecasting for subscription products.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in circulation, marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity and proficiency with circulation management, customer relations management, content management, and resource planning software systems.
- The ability to analyze data and marketing information to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in with an emphasis in marketing, communication, business, or a related field is preferred.
Work Week: The standard work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, but can vary depending on the needs of the company.
Location: Near Barnhart, MO, approximately 25 minutes south of downtown St. Louis.
