Junior Process Engineer

The Junior Process Engineer supports the safe, efficient, and consistent operation of the lignin manufacturing plant, including liquid and powder production and packaging processes. The role involves monitoring process performance, analyzing data, and troubleshooting operational issues to maintain stable and efficient production. The engineer assists in process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness, while collaborating with cross-functional teamsincluding operations, maintenance, quality, and EHSto resolve technical challenges. Additionally, the position contributes to capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process modifications under guidance from senior engineers, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards and maintaining accurate process documentation.
