- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
AP Invoice Management
- Code invoices and communicate to the accounts payable department
- Scan picking slips to Corporate shared folders
- Receipt Non-Stock supplies
- Receipt Raw material (Sawdust)
- Receipt Packaging Material
- Work with senior Human Resource staff on all initiatives including but not limited to: onsite HR support, new employee onboarding support, payroll support, time and attendance support, general HR recordkeeping, and onsite benefits coordination.
- Review daily production and packaging reports, update finished goods inventory
- Support the finance department on all month end close procedures including but not limited to physical inventory and accounts payable Invoice management.
- Printing BOLs/Picking slips
- Reconciling BOLs and managing all outbound/inbound shipment functions in Sage.
- Communicating shipment activity with the accounts receivable department for purposes of invoicing.
- Signing trucks in and out of the plant for outgoing shipments.
- Provide support to the Plant Manager and onsite safety program
- Update daily reports as assigned
- Postal mail and daily package distribution
- Other assigned duties
- High School degree required
- Above average skills in communication both oral and written
- Above average skills in organization and attention to detail
- Demonstrates ability to work as a teamwork and effectively manage through others
- Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Previous experience in manufacturing office and/or accounting preferred
- Experience with Sage Software and Microsoft applications a plus
