Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Personal & Operations Assistant based in Tempe, AZ. Some tasks can be handled remotely, while others will require in-person assistance.
This role involves a mix of business and personal support, helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities will vary day-to-day and may include:
- Assisting on job sites (prep work, basic labor, organization, cleanup)
- Managing calls, texts, and scheduling appointments
- Following up with leads and communicating with customers
- Running business and personal errands (supplies, returns, etc.)
- Supporting administrative tasks such as organizing receipts, tracking jobs, and data entry
- Helping with basic marketing tasks (photos/videos of completed work, uploading content)
This position requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities as priorities change.
