Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Insurance Agent to work exclusively with churches and ministries. This role focuses on educating faith-based leaders, assessing risk, and providing customized insurance coverage designed for religious organizations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with churches, ministries, and faith-based leaders
- Assess insurance needs for religious organizations (property, liability, workers’ comp, auto, etc.)
- Present and explain coverage options clearly and ethically
- Generate new business through referrals, outreach, and community engagement
- Service existing accounts and provide ongoing support
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
- Strong understanding of or experience working with churches and ministries
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely (if applicable)
