What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Team Member position at Lightweight Manufacturing, Inc.?
For over 15 years, Lightweight Manufacturing has been at the forefront of the tensile manufacturing industry. We specialize in the manufacturing of custom fabric paneling for architecture and tent rentals using Radio Frequency (RF) welding of plastic-coated industrial fabrics. No prior experience required as on-the-job training is provided for this team-oriented position.
We are currently looking for full-time (40 hr/week) production team members for our first shift, 4:30 am-1:00 pm Monday-Friday (Hours subject to change). This is an in-person manufacturing position.

Description: New employees will assist machine operators in handling materials (moving, cutting, inspecting, packing, etc). With further training, including blueprinting reading instruction, employees will begin solo operation of equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the United States (We are an E-Verify participant)
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Basic knowledge of measurements (Knowledge of the metric system a plus!)
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work as a part of a team
**This job involves physical labor. Employees work as a team to move large/heavy fabric panels. The role involves physical tasks such as bending, standing, working on the floor, handling large/heavy objects, talking, and hearing. Associates will occasionally be required to sit, stoop, kneel, or reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
