What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (In-home) position at Lightway ABA Services?

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record data on client behaviors
- Support skill-building and independence in daily living activities
- Build positive, encouraging relationships with clients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral strategies preferred
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
