Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility.

• Collect payments for services rendered.

• Maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules.

• Greet and check patients in and out.

• Present treatment plans and financial arrangements.

• Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections.

• File insurance pre-determinations.

• Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum two years of front office experience (dental preferred).

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with dental software (Open Dental is a plus).

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
