We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Office Team Member to join our growing dental practice! If you love helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule
- Part-time (3 days per week)
- Must be available to work Fridays
- Must be able to work until 7:00 PM on scheduled days
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning new technology and dental software
- Dental experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient information and update records
- Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Assist patients with treatment estimates, financial arrangements, and insurance questions
- Verify dental insurance benefits
- Collect patient payments and process transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Respond to emails and patient inquiries
- Assist with daily office organization and administrative tasks
- Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for every patient
