We want to add an experienced senior writer to our team. The right candidate will join a team of writers and editors who produce high-quality, creative marketing content for our clients in various channels, including direct response, email, social media, web, and print. This writer will need to be an expert in quickly researching new topics, distilling complex information into easy-to-read communications, and managing multiple deadlines at once.
Responsibilities:
- Create thoughtful, exciting concepts that give life to our clients’ brands across various formats.
- Develop and execute innovative content that aligns with client goals and SEO best practices.
- Craft high-quality, engaging copy for various project types, including websites, blogs, social media, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to brainstorm ideas, refine messages, and ensure a cohesive brand voice.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools creatively to enhance content effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience (4 years) in a writing role within a marketing or advertising environment (agency experience a strong plus)
- A portfolio of relevant work samples
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation
- Experience with artificial intelligence in a creative context and willingness to explore new technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with financial clients preferred
