ABOUT THE ROLE

The following are the essential functions of the position.  The list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.

  • Design, build, and automate workflows using low-code platforms such as n8n and Zapier, that connect business systems (Salesforce Slack, email, databases).

  • Create, refine, and effectively evaluate prompts for AI models to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Manage and maintain API keys and credentials essential to automated workflows
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Stay current with advances in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and emerging AI tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend automation solutions.

  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors on Salesforce and automation projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on automation best practices.
  • Measure and prioritize business impact.
