Based in Honolulu, LOD manages more than 50 hotels across Hawaii and the mainland United States. We help hotels improve pricing, forecasting, and market positioning through data-driven strategies and close collaboration with owners and operators.
Position Overview
The Director of Revenue Management oversees all aspects of revenue strategy and execution for a portfolio of hotels.
This position is responsible for pricing, forecasting, channel optimization, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has deep experience in hotel revenue management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and develop others.
The role requires on-island presence and an understanding of Hawaii’s hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all revenue management functions for assigned hotels, including pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and channel strategy.
- Analyze market trends, STR reports, and booking pace to identify opportunities and risks.
- Conduct weekly and monthly revenue meetings with hotel teams and ownership.
- Maintain rate integrity and parity across OTAs, brand, and direct booking channels.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align pricing and promotional efforts.
- Create and refine reporting systems and dashboards to improve performance visibility.
- Lead, coach, and develop revenue managers and analysts within the team.
- Support new client proposals and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- 5 years of hotel revenue management experience, with leadership or multi-property oversight.
- Proven ability to manage pricing, forecasting, and inventory strategies from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution and OTA channel management.
- Proficiency in key hospitality systems:
- PMS: StayNTouch, Opera, RoomMaster
- RMS: IDeaS, Duetto
- Channel Managers: SiteMinder, SynXis, Cloudbeds
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data clearly.
- Experience developing and mentoring team members.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced hospitality or analytics education preferred.
- Must be located on O‘ahu.
