Responsibilities
- Enter and update repossession assignments in company software and client portals
- Process vehicle recovery reports, inventory records, and compliance documentation
- Verify account information and ensure data accuracy
- Upload photos, supporting documents, and status updates
- Monitor incoming emails and distribute assignments to appropriate personnel
- Maintain detailed records of repossession activities and deadlines
- Communicate with field agents, clients, and office staff as needed
- Ensure all records comply with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Experience in the repossession, recovery, towing, automotive finance, or transportation industry is a plus
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
