Computer Technician/Courtesy

Job Summary

The Computer Tech / Courtesy Member is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and friendly customer service throughout the vehicle service process. This position combines front-end computer and customer information duties with hands-on courtesy services to ensure each customer receives a smooth and positive experience.

Computer Tech Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Collect and accurately enter customer and vehicle information into the computer system.

• Create and maintain accurate customer invoices for services performed.

• Verify customer information, vehicle information, mileage, and requested services.

• Enter all applicable services and products into the computer system accurately.

• Communicate with the service team regarding customer requests and vehicle information.

• Review the completed invoice with the customer when necessary.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer records and transactions.

• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.

• Assist with answering customer questions regarding services and invoices.

Courtesy Member Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service throughout the customer’s visit.

• Clean the vehicle’s exterior windows, including the windshield and side windows.

• Check and air up vehicle tires to the appropriate pressure when needed.

• Vacuum the front seating area of the vehicle as part of the courtesy service.

• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of the customer service area and work area.

• Communicate any noticeable tire or vehicle concerns to the appropriate service team member.

• Assist the service team as needed while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Treat every customer’s vehicle with care and respect.

The Computer Tech / Courtesy Member represents the company at one of the most important points of customer interaction. Employees in this position are expected to be friendly, professional, attentive, and respectful toward every customer. Accuracy, efficiency, cleanliness, and a willingness to assist the customer are essential to the position.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
