Job Overview:
Lightnin Lectric a looking for a skilled and Licensed Journeyman Electrician or Electrical Helper/Apprentice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various electrical systems, strong residential electrical knowledge, and be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of projects in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems in accordance with local and national regulations
- Collaborate with construction teams to plan and complete electrical installations
- Inspect electrical components to identify hazards and ensure compliance with codes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of electrical wiring
- Perform upgrades or renovations to increase efficiency and safety
Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for electrical work
- Experience working with high & low voltage systems
- Knowledge of low voltage systems for various applications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
- Strong background in residential and commercial electrical systems
- Familiarity with new construction & renovation projects involving electrical upgrades
