We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Foreman for a full-time, on-site role located in Columbia, MD. The Electrical Foreman will oversee electrical and lighting installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects. Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating team members, maintaining project timelines, ensuring safety protocols are followed, inspecting work for compliance with regulations, and collaborating with clients to meet project-specific needs.

• Proven experience in electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Leadership and team supervision skills to manage and mentor crews on-site
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Skills in project planning, scheduling, and maintaining deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment related to electrical and lighting systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensed as a Master or Journeyman Electrician preferred
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or government electrical projects is an asset
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
