Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to serve as the Director of Operations within our team. This pivotal role combines legal expertise with strategic leadership, overseeing all real estate transactions, compliance, and day to day operations. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of strategies for growth and management for residential and commercial real estate transactions. With a focus on fostering efficient processes and ensuring legal integrity, you will be instrumental in supporting our growth initiatives while maintaining rigorous adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of general operations for residential and commercial real estate transactions .
- Oversee legal compliance with title issues and resolution.
- Assist with new business development.
- Develop training programs for staff on legal best practices related to real estate law and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active licensure to practice law in relevant jurisdictions including Massachusetts and New Hampshire, or willingness to gain admission to both.
- Extensive experience with managing real estate closings from start to finish.
- Ability to manage staff and general operations within the company.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills for providing knowledgeable legal advice and assistance to realtors and lenders.
- Prior experience managing transactional real estate closings from start to finish.
- Prior experience with Qualia and/or e-closing software.
