Position Overview:

The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating behavior intervention services. This position is responsible for ensuring the implementation of high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs for clients, supervising staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including families and other professionals. The BCBA will manage the daily operations of ABA services, providing leadership, training, and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.

Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

- Strong understanding of ABA principles and the ability to apply them in various clinical settings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and maintain strong relationships with families and clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience coordinating ABA services in a clinical or school setting.
- Knowledge of billing, insurance, and compliance procedures related to ABA therapy.
- Bilingual skills (if applicable).
Work Environment:
This position may require work in clinical settings or schools. The BCBA will have 2 work from home days. Some local travel may be required to oversee client services. The BCBA may also participate in remote meetings and data analysis when appropriate.
Pay Rate:
- 80,000-85,000

· Monday-Thursday 8:15-5:45; Friday 8:30-12:30
