Position Overview
We are seeking a Worship Leader who carries presence over performance, revelation over routine, and atmosphere over entertainment.
This is not a role for someone who merely sings.
This is a role for someone who shifts rooms, opens heavenly portals, and ushers God’s people into realms of glory where transformation becomes inevitable.
The Worship Leader will partner closely with the Shepherd to build a prophetic, excellent, and unified sound that reflects the spiritual DNA of The Lighthouse.
What You’ll Do

Your leadership will support the worship culture that defines our house.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead worship during weekly services, special gatherings, conferences, and night encounters.
- Cultivate an atmosphere where Heaven’s presence is honored and tangible.
- Build and rehearse a worship team that embodies excellence, unity, and spiritual maturity.
- Collaborate with the Shepherd on setlists that align with prophetic flow and the word of the Lord for each service.
- Carry sensitivity to the Spirit to shift, pause, prophetically sing, or linger as God directs.
- Train, mentor, and develop vocalists and musicians into atmosphere shifters, not performers.
- Ensure musical arrangements, transitions, and sound quality are executed with excellence and intentionality.
- Partner with media and production teams for seamless flow, sound checks, and service execution.
- Model Lighthouse culture — honor, humility, consistency, accountability, punctuality, and presence.

Requirements
- Prior worship leading experience (church or ministry setting).
- Ability to vocally lead confidently; musicianship is a strong plus.
- Availability for Sunday services, midweek rehearsals, and special events.
- Agreement with the mission, standards, and spiritual culture of The Lighthouse.
- Reliability, teachability, and a heart for God’s people.
