About the Role
We’re working with a growing organization seeking a NetSuite Consultant with a strong accounting foundation to support system optimization, financial processes, and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical side of NetSuite and the real-world accounting impact behind it.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
- Partner with finance and operations teams to improve accounting workflows and reporting
- Configure and maintain financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
- Support inventory management processes, including costing, tracking, and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and audit readiness, ensuring system accuracy and compliance
- Translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations and solutions
- Provide user support, training, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong NetSuite experience (implementation or post-go-live support)
- Accounting background required (public or industry)
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience working in or supporting PCAOB-regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with inventory and/or supply chain processes in NetSuite
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and finance stakeholders
Nice to Have
- NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Financial User, etc.)
- Experience with multi-entity / multi-subsidiary environments
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or eCommerce industries
