What are the responsibilities and job description for the NetSuite Administrator position at Lighthouse Search Advisors?
Lighthouse Search Advisors is partnering with a growing manufacturing and distribution organization looking to add a NetSuite Administrator to its team.
This person will take ownership of the day-to-day NetSuite environment, supporting users across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional NetSuite administration experience along with a solid understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the NetSuite environment
- Configure and maintain workflows, Saved Searches, dashboards, reports, custom fields, forms, roles, and permissions
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and other business teams to understand requirements and improve processes
- Support NetSuite functionality across inventory management, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, manufacturing, and financial processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to NetSuite users
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency
- Support integrations and third-party applications connected to NetSuite
- Assist with testing, system upgrades, new functionality, and NetSuite release management
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials
- Support data integrity, imports, reporting, and ongoing system optimization
- Coordinate with external NetSuite partners and consultants when necessary
Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
- Experience supporting NetSuite within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
- Strong hands-on experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, dashboards, reporting, custom fields/forms, and roles & permissions
- Understanding of inventory, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, and warehouse processes
- Exposure to NetSuite manufacturing functionality, including assemblies, BOMs, work orders, and related processes
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into NetSuite solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work directly with both technical and non-technical users
Preferred:
- NetSuite Administrator and/or SuiteFoundation certification
- Experience with NetSuite WMS or third-party warehouse solutions
- Experience with EDI and other supply chain integrations
- Experience supporting multi-location manufacturing or distribution operations
- Experience with NetSuite implementation, optimization, or post-go-live projects
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
