We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to drive strategic growth across South Florida. This role is designed for a polished sales professional who excels at building long-term partnerships, navigating complex service projects, and serving as a trusted advisor to commercial clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with commercial clients, property managers, and key stakeholders
- Generate new business opportunities while nurturing long-term “evergreen” accounts
- Serve as a consultative partner, guiding clients through restoration and construction solutions
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent LRC Contractors with professionalism, urgency, and integrity in all interactions
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in property restoration, construction, or property insurance (required)
- Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and relationship development
- Ability to navigate complex projects and communicate value-driven solutions
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Organized and disciplined with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (LUXOR preferred) and Google Workspace
- Deep understanding of the South Florida market and willingness to travel locally
