We’re looking for a curious, ambitious, AI-native recent college graduate to help transform how our business runs from the inside out. This is not a passive role—you’ll be at the center of innovation, working directly with leadership to rethink workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and deploy cutting-edge AI tools across every department.

What You’ll Do

You’ll act as our internal AI builder, strategist, and evangelist:

•    🚀 Build AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive tasks and unlock team productivity 

•    🔗 Connect systems and tools using platforms like OpenAI, Zapier, and Make 

•    🤖 Develop internal AI tools (chatbots, assistants, prompt systems) used across the company 

•    🔍 Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes using AI-first thinking 

•    🧠 Train and empower teams to use AI tools like ChatGPT in their daily work 

•    🛠 Create scalable templates and systems for communication, reporting, and analysis 

•    📈 Partner with leadership to roll out high-impact AI initiatives 

•    🧪 Experiment with new tools and bring the best ideas into the business

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6–12 months:

•    Major reduction in manual, repetitive work across teams 

•    Faster execution across operations, acquisition, leasing, asset management marketing, and accounting

•    High adoption of AI tools company-wide (you’ll be the go-to expert) 

•    Clear, scalable systems that improve consistency and output 

•    Tangible impact on how the business runs day-to-day

•    🎓 Recent college graduate 

•    ⚡ Naturally curious about AI and emerging technology 

•    🧩 A problem-solver who enjoys building simple, practical solutions 

•    💬 Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas simply 

•    🛠 Hands-on and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do 

•    🤝 Comfortable working with non-technical teams

What You Bring

•    Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms 

•    Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a strong plus 

•    Comfort working with data, systems, and digital tools 

•    Ability to quickly learn new platforms and apply them creatively

Bonus Points If You Have

•    Experience with APIs, integrations, or light coding/scripting 

•    Built your own tools, workflows, or side projects using AI 

•    Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jasper, Koyfin, AlphaSense, or similar 

•    Created content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) or understand digital storytelling
