What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructor position at Lighthouse Living Services, Inc?
Duties:
- Provide instruction and support to individuals with behavioral health needs
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation
- Provide personal caregiving assistance, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Drive individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Implement and follow individualized support plans
- Collect data on individual progress and behavior
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Support individuals with socialization and community integration
```Requirements:```
- Experience or knowledge in behavioral health or related field
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Ability to provide direct support and care to individuals with diverse needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Experience in data collection and documentation
