Lighthouse Littles is an infant and one-year-old suite, carefully designed with the intent to provide a more intimate and calm environment for our Littles aged 0-23 months. We strive to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and developmentally appropriate care for infants by supporting their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being to prepare them to transition into our main location, Lighthouse Learning Center, where they will grow and develop through their toddler and preschool years.

Overview:
We are urgently seeking an energetic, reliable, and experienced Childcare Provider to join our Lighthouse Littles family. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers under your care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Follow established routines and schedules for meals, naps, and playtime
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
Skills:
- Experience working with children in a childcare, nannying, or daycare setting
- Knowledge of age-appropriate caregiving techniques and child development milestones
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and their families
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom of children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures
-Other training will be provided upon hire to ensure compliance with the State of Wyoming and the safety of our children.
