Job Description:
Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated remote BCBA/LBAs to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and their families, directly contributing to meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and write summary reports
- Develop and oversee behavior support and treatment plans
- Support and train staff on implementation of behavior plans
- Provide guidance on prevention and de-escalation strategies
- Monitor data and adjust programming as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
- BCBA certification
- LBA certification (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year post-BCBA experience preferred
- Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Spanish speaking preferred
Knowledge & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Team-based approach to behavior change
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and collaborate
