In-Home Administrator:
The In-Home Administrator will perform a range of tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency within the in-home ABA program. In-Home Administrator will be fluent in company policies so they may efficiently find solutions for the clinical staff. Most importantly, the In-Home Administrator should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others and help children get into services with us. This role will report directly to the In-Home Facilitations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Building a thorough understanding of policies and procedures
- Organized note taking and record keeping
- Using the various software for scheduling, insurance verification, recording keeping, and timesheets following best practices to meet industry standards.
- Scheduling therapy sessions and preparing for billing
- Cultivating a positive experience for staff and families by meaningful interactions and support
- Liaise between the admin and clinical staff and guardians on strategies, solutions, updates, and concerns
- Keeping spreadsheets, documents and portals updated as accurately as possible
- Contacting schools and assisting in paperwork processing for our in-school clients
- General Office tasks (answering phones, scanning and records management)

Schedule/Location:
- Remote position, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry
- Good planning and organizational skills
- 0-3 years previous work experience
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
- ABA Therapy (Preferred)
