What You’ll Own

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business unit strategy in alignment with companywide initiatives and enterprise objectives.
• Financial Performance: Own full P&L responsibility for the business unit, ensuring revenue, margin, and cost targets are achieved.
• Operational Excellence: Lead project delivery teams to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
• Enterprise Partnership: Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, People Operations, Preconstruction, and other enterprise teams to ensure cohesive execution across the organization.
• Client & Market Growth: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for long-term growth and partnership.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and empower high-performing leaders who embody Lighthouse’s values and drive results.
• Risk & Compliance: Oversee risk management, contractual compliance, and adherence to NEC, OSHA, and company standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 15 years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction or a related industry
• Proven record leading a business unit or large division with P&L responsibility exceeding $100M
• Deep understanding of project delivery, market growth, and operational efficiency
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
• Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Workday, Procore, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite

Other Details

• Location: Canonsburg, PA (Lighthouse Electric Headquarters)
• Travel: 20–40%, including client meetings, site visits, and industry events
• Work Environment: Primarily office-based with frequent field/jobsite interaction and enterprise collaboration
