  • Partner with business development and preconstruction teams to identify opportunities, educate clients on modular and prefabrication solutions, and build lasting client relationships that strengthen the company’s market position.
  •  Serve as the contract administrator, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements while mitigating risk and optimizing project and portfolio value.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture by promoting collaboration with safety leaders, engaging field teams, and ensuring full compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting through coordination with project controls, procurement, and finance teams to maintain profitability and accountability.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders across planning, field operations, and project management—building a strong, future-ready talent pipeline.
  • Champion company values and culture, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and operations leaders to deliver integrated project outcomes and seamless coordination throughout the Build Process.
  • Implement proactive risk management and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

What You Will Need:

  •  Commitment to safety and quality, with experience promoting a collaborative safety culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, field leaders, estimators, and enterprise services personnel, across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performance teams across field operations and project management functions.
  •  Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local and national building codes.
