Overview
Small business electrical company looking for for hybrid type apprentice who is able to work for my business learning/ executing electrical work as well as assist as an overall laborer at managing my multifamily property doing a variety of assisted tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electrician with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential/ commercial application.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform wiring, installation, and other electrical tasks.
- Moving and carrying of materials and debris to appropriate areas as needed.
- Dependable employee that shows up to work consistently as well as gives advanced noticed for time off.
- Assist In remodel projects through multifamily property
- Open to learning basics off all trades such as demolition, carpentry, plumbing, Sheetrock, hvac exc.
Experience
- Prior experience or familiarity with residential electrical work is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical equipment is advantageous.
- Construction site experience demonstrating comfort working in active environments.
- Experience working with NEC standards or in environments involving low/high voltage wiring is preferred.
- Skills in frame carpentry or related construction trades can be helpful but are not mandatory. This paid apprenticeship position offers a fantastic opportunity to build a solid foundation in electrical work while working on meaningful understanding of property management and homeownership.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
