Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid available role, based in Virginia Beach or Chesapeake, VA, with flexibility for some remote work opportunities. The LPC, LCSW or LMFT will provide client-centered counseling and psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based practices. Key responsibilities include conducting individual, group, or family therapy sessions, maintaining detailed client records, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in case consultations. Additional duties may include contributing to the development of wellness programs and providing guidance and support to clients in achieving their mental health goals. We are looking for fully licensed to practice independently practitioner. We'd have space also for those qualified to supervise residents.

Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Counseling and Psychotherapy, including individual, group, and family therapy
- Ability to develop treatment plans, maintain accurate client records, and use evidence-based mental health practices to insurance standards
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a client-centered approach to care
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team and participating in case consultations
- Proficiency in tools or platforms for virtual communication in a hybrid work setting including Theranest, G-Suite
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Relevant licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT or similar) required or eligibility to obtain licensure in Virginia
- Experience working in a outpatient mental health or counseling environment is preferred
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and maintaining knowledge of mental health best practices
- Supervision qualifications preferred
