The Project Manager works closely with:
- Production Manager for scheduling, readiness, and labor coordination.
- Director of Field & Team Relations (DFTR) for trade relationships, pre-production continuity, and warranty.
- Foremen and field crews for execution and quality.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Live within 45 minutes of Gilford, NH
- Driver’s License & reliable transportation
- Solutions-minded
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients through the construction phase.
- Provide clear, proactive updates on progress, schedule, and next steps.
- Maintain consistent daily logs and schedule updates in Buildertrend.
- Communicate issues, delays, and risks promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with Production Manager to develop & present change orders
- Set and reinforce expectations regarding disruption, timelines, site access, and cleanup.
- Manage overall project logistics & signage to ensure the project runs according to schedule.
- Coordinate with foremen on daily tasks, sequencing, and readiness.
- Work with the Production Manager to ensure materials, selections, and decisions are complete ahead of each phase.
- Support trade partner coordination onsite, ensuring clarity on scope and schedule.
- Maintain jobsite safety, security, and compliance with company procedures.
Quality Control & Standards Enforcement
- Monitor workmanship at all stages and ensure alignment with LCG quality standards.
- Identify deviations early and coordinate corrective action.
- Inspect jobsite cleanliness, organization, site protection, and safety.
- Ensure that installations match the scope, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress notes, photos, and client updates.
- Communicate key progress to the Production Manager.
- Track delays, trade issues, or scope adjustments for timely resolution.
- Monitor project quality and cost control to safeguard profit margin through checklists and coordinating timely completions with PMs
- Verify that project selections are on site in a timely manner.
- Identify and communicate production gaps to Lead Production Manager
- Troubleshoot issues in the field with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Support post-construction punch list review and completion.

Tools We Use

- HubSpot for CRM and client tracking
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in residential construction or design-build
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Clear, confident communication with clients, crews, and leadership
- A proactive mindset. You don’t wait for problems, you get ahead of them
- High standards for jobsite cleanliness, organization, and execution
- Comfort with project management software and systems
- A team-first attitude with leadership capability
- Full-time, in-person role based in Gilford, NH
- Remodeling experience preferred
- Project management software experience is a huge plus
Starting Pay: $35/hour
Earning Potential: Up to $40/hour after 6-month onboarding
Sign-On Bonus:
- $7,500 paid after 90 days
- $3,500 paid at 6 months
After 90 Days:
- $455/month health insurance stipend

Profit sharing plan (estimated 5% annually, ~$30,000), paid twice per year
