The Varsity Assistant Coach at Lighthouse Christian Academy supports the Head Coach in leading a competitive, Christ-centered athletic program that develops student-athletes spiritually, athletically, emotionally, and socially. Varsity athletics should pursue competitive excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to Christian character, integrity, sportsmanship, and discipleship.
Assistant Coaches are expected to support program culture, reinforce expectations, and represent Lighthouse Christian Academy professionally.-A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

- Prior coaching or playing experience preferred (especially with youth teams).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
