What are the responsibilities and job description for the Abeka Curriculum Pre-K Teacher position at Lighthouse Child Development Center?
Hiring Pre K Teacher for Childcare Pre K classroom. Must be familiar with Abeka curriculum and having taught that curriculum would be a plus. Must have an Associates degree in Early Childhood or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. Pay based on education and experience in childcare pre k classroom. Must undergo background check, medical exam and TB screening. Must have required 12 hours of Health and Safety Training as required by DHR. Must have required 12 hours of ongoing training as required by DHR. Must have CPR and First Aid certification. $16-$18/hour for associates degree in early childhood development with experience in the classroom. $18-$20/hour for BA in Early Childhood Education. Will consider a qualified teacher who would prefer to work part time only.
