Duties

- Implement and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of children, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their child's development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning and exploration.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for children.
- Provide first aid when necessary and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed in the classroom.
Qualifications
- Experience working with infants or young children in a daycare or childcare setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with special education strategies is beneficial for supporting children with varying needs.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
