Pay: $105 - $125.00 / hour (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
As a Lighthouse BCBA, you aren't just managing cases; you are empowering families. You’ll get to:
- Investigate & Innovate: Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans that actually work for the child’s unique world.
- Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor our dedicated RBTs/staff, teaching them everything from proactive strategies to top-tier deescalation techniques.
- Pivot with Data: Monitor progress and fluidly adjust programming to ensure our kids are hitting those milestone victories.
- Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with families and our robust internal clinical team to build an ecosystem of success.
- The Credentials: Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field) a current BCBA certification. (LBA certification is highly preferred, but let's talk!).
- The Experience: You love working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
