We are recruiting Mental Health Technicians and will accept Certified Nursing Assistants.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Monitor unit patients and complete observation rounds as assigned
- Participate in treatment planning
- Assist in the admission process
- Orient new patients to the unit and their program
- Plan and prepare for group therapy sessions
- Maintain patient, program, department and related documentation
- Utilize the behavior management process for patients in crisis

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma/ GED.
- Certified Nursing Assistants and Registered Behavioral Technicians are encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions or tickets for major traffic violations for at least three years.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance and/or co-occurring substance abuse disorders preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Must be able and willing to become certified in therapeutic restraint technique program (Handle With Care).
- Additional pay offered for lifeguard certification.
