Director of Performance Improvement Opportunity!
Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital, located near beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC, treats adolescents, adults and senior adults in need of psychiatric services, as well as adults who suffer from a chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or are in need of rehabilitation. Lighthouse offers 24-hour admissions, needs assessment, and referral services.

This position is responsible for coordinating facility-wide Quality Improvement activities for the purpose of improving care for patients, staff education/experience, and regulatory compliance. This position is highly collaborative with other department directors and is responsible for guiding teams to statistically meaningful improvement.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree is preferred
- A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
- An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.
- 3-5 years of related work experience required.
