Summary: The Junior Program Manager (Jr. PM) is primarily responsible for overseeing their caseload of learners’ program/protocol development and maintenance. All individuals with the title of Jr. PM, are paired with a BCBA (Support BCBA or Clinical Director), that will provide direct oversight. This includes, but is not limited to, ongoing monitoring of treatment package, authoring and editing goals and behavior intervention plans, initial and reauthorization insurance report completion, initial and ongoing staff training/supervision, conducting monthly parent trainings, and ensuring approved billable hours are satisfactorily met (if allowable).

All individuals with the title of Jr. PM, are paired with a BCBA (Support BCBA or Clinical Director), that will provide direct oversight. Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
- Accruing BCBA hours towards BCBA credential.
- A requirement for continued employment includes taking the BCBA exam within 30 days of being eligible and passing the BCBA Certification exam within five attempts.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
- Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
- Work collaboratively with Support BCBA and/or Clinical Director to ensure feedback from direct oversight is implemented in a timely manner.
- Use evidence based practices for programming and behavior intervention practices.
- Create, monitor, and maintain an adequate amount of individualized treatment plan goals for each learner on caseload.
- Conduct error and data analysis and modify learners’ treatment packages to ensure progression and effective treatment.
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists internally and externally as required.
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to staff, assisting with program and behavior intervention plan implementation as needed.
- Establish and maintain rapport with parent(s)/caregiver(s) for each learner on caseload’s family and communicate professionally regarding center/child-related topics.
- Direct monthly parent/caregiver trainings in the center, home, or community and complete documentation at the conclusion of each training session.
- Prepare for learners on caseload to transition to a less restrictive environment, including parent/caregiver communication in advance, coordination with school/program, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and LAC graduation.
- Conduct initial assessments for new learners as needed and complete the corresponding insurance documents.
- Prepare all insurance report documents and assessments in a timely manner, per each learner’s reauthorization requirements, and complete peer-to-peer reviews, if needed, with assistance from the Clinical Director.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to review daily RBT session notes for accuracy and submit at the end of the day.
- Strategize and communicate with other members of clinical team for overall center management.
