The Clinical Director does not oversee a caseload of learners, but plays an important role in ensuring effective service delivery, a positive working environment, and ongoing training of those they oversee.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
- 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages
- 2 to 3 years management/supervision experience
