Track KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.Maintain a strong customer-focused approach, ensuring all prospective residents and their families experience a smooth transition into the communityDesigning and implementing strategic plans to reach maximize occupancy.Cultivating lasting relationships with the community to grow occupancy and boost referrals.Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.Qualifications of a Director of Sales:Prior sales experience and possibly admission coordinator experience.Must be well-versed with private pay and SSI. Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
