The Administrative Assistant is full time, seasonal position from Jan. 27th to April 15th and is responsible for supporting accounting and tax preparation activities in a professional office. Primary responsibilities include completing accurate data entry, scanning, packaging returns for pick up, answering phones, scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
The Administrative Assistant contributes to a positive work environment, provides excellent customer service both internally and externally, is task oriented and enjoys variety. The individual is able to adapt to changing priorities, meet tight deadlines and is able to work independently without close supervision.
Work Experience:
3-5 years data entry
3-5 years administrative assistant experience
1-2 years multi-line phone system experience
Required Skills:
- Strong ability and experience performing accurate data entry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Outlook
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage assigned workload on time
- Adept and learning new software programs
