Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in Ridgefield, NJ for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients, supervise treatment implementation, and provide training and guidance to therapy teams. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing behavior intervention programs, monitoring client progress, mentoring team members, and collaborating with families to include parent education and support.
* This role requires that you work 2 days per month at our clinic in Ridgefield, NJ.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify students’ needs and strengths.
- Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Provide training and support to families.
- Monitor and evaluate progress of individuals through data collection and analysis
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and paraprofessionals supporting child interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards.
- Participate in intake processes for new students and conduct ongoing patient assessments to refine treatment strategies.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology or Special Education.
- 1 Year Experience.
- Active BCBA certification.
