Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify students’ needs and strengths.
- Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and families to ensure consistency across settings.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and paraprofessionals supporting student interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards.
- Participate in intake processes for new students and conduct ongoing patient assessments to refine treatment strategies.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology or Special Education.
- 1 Year Experience.
- Active BCBA certification.
Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
