Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor, located in the Greater Seattle Area. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing case management support, and facilitating relationship counseling. This role also includes documenting client progress and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive mental health care is delivered.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Treatment Planning and Mental Health support
- Knowledge and application of psychological principles and practices
- Experience in Relationship Counseling and Case Management
- Effective communication and active listening skills to foster trust with clients
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Valid licensure in the state of Washington as a mental health professional or ability to obtain licensure
