- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Support system testing activities, including test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and work with stakeholders to validate solutions.
- Assist in preparing functional documentation, reports, and training materials (SOPs, training decks, user guides).
- Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Lead and coordinate all core Scrum ceremonies—including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
- Hands-on experience with software/system testing (functional, regression, or UAT).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing and executing test cases and test scripts, and documenting defects/issues in tracking tools.
- Ability to support QA teams in test planning and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Familiarity with project management or test management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Knowledge of federal IT environments and compliance requirements.
