LightFeather is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead hands-on platform engineering efforts, with a strong emphasis on upgrade execution, platform governance, and enterprise environment management. This role is more platform engineering focused than a traditional ServiceNow developer position and requires deep expertise in executing full end-to-end platform upgrades.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining platform stability, leading upgrade cycles, managing integrations, and ensuring strict adherence to change and release governance processes.
