Position Summary
We are hiring for multiple full and part-time/temporary positions, with each role dedicated to one of the following communities: Tacoma or Ellensburg/Selah.
We’re looking for driven, confident communicators to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Associates representing Lightcurve—Washington’s locally rooted, rapidly expanding fiber-internet provider. You’ll be the face of Lightcurve in your community, introducing residents to faster, more reliable fiber internet and turning conversations into lasting customer relationships.
This is a high-impact, high-reward role for those who thrive on personal connection, performance-based pay, and visible results. Candidates with prior outside or field sales experience will excel—but ambition, persistence, and integrity matter most.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage residents at their homes and at community events to generate qualified leads.
· Deliver concise, compelling presentations tailored to customer needs.
· Manage your pipeline—track contacts, follow up, and close sales using Lightcurve’s CRM.
· Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity goals (doors knocked, presentations, closes).
· Support customers through the installation process to ensure satisfaction.
· Represent Lightcurve professionally in every interaction and embody our commitment to community connection.
Measuring Success:
· Sales performance: Meeting or exceeding individual revenue and conversion goals.
· Activity consistency: Sustaining daily field engagement and customer follow-up.
· Customer impact: Positive post-install feedback and referrals.
· Team contribution: Sharing insights, supporting peers, and strengthening Lightcurve’s local presence.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience in face-to-face, outside, or door-to-door sales preferred.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you listen as well as you speak.
· Competitive drive and resilience; you see “no” as one step closer to “yes.”
· Organized and self-managed; able to work independently in the field.
· A scrappy, nimble, innovative and hands-on contributor who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to accomplish
goals and has a passion for competing and winning against larger players in the market.
· Basic computer proficiency (CRM or mobile apps).
· Must be 18 with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Willing to complete a background check and drug screen (and fingerprinting where required).
Location, Physical Requirements, and Work Environment:
· This is an in-person, field-based role requiring travel within assigned territories (Tacoma or Ellensburg/Selah). · You’ll be on your feet, walking in neighborhoods, and engaging with residents in all types of weather.
· Expect to be active outdoors, carry lightweight marketing materials, and occasionally navigate uneven terrain. · Reliable transportation is required.
Position Details and Hours:
Full Time (40 hour per week)
· $41,600 Base Uncapped Commissions; OTE $115,000
