- Perform quantitative analysis using Lightcast workforce data and other sources to support client projects
- Research, model, and recommend workforce solutions for global employers
- Develop knowledge of workforce analytics, HR trends, and emerging technologies impacting the future of work
- Create custom datasets, reports, and visualizations to address client challenges
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to clients and support data-driven decision-making
- Build and document analytical models in a clear and accessible manner
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (and/or Google Suite)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to explain complex analytical or economic concepts in simple terms
