Major Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular engagement and communication.
- Manage customer inquiries, identify challenges, and provide effective solutions.
- Drive account renewals, rate adjustments, cross-sells, and upsells by uncovering customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, document opportunities, and close sales and renewal agreements.
- Establish customer success goals, support onboarding, and monitor account health against defined targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Maintain high activity levels, manage multiple priorities, and adapt positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuously learn and develop skills to create mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company.
- 2 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related role.
- Experience with sales prospecting, account management, and sales processes.
- Strong communication and presentation development skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
